- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience in gold processing operations (crushing, milling, gravity recovery, CIL, tailings placement)
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with training systems such as INX Intuition and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams with strong organizational skills
- Coordinate and deliver training programs and assessments to support Process Operations personnel
- Develop and maintain training pathways, Standard Work Instructions, and process documentation
- Lead and support the Crew Trainer program to build operational capability
- Ensure compliance with statutory and operational requirements within the processing facility
- Assist with the design, development, and delivery of internal and external training courses
