Schedule: Full‑time | 40 hrs/week | Onsite POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to support daily material movement, inventory control, and site logistics operations within an industrial/manufacturing environment. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, supporting warehouse operations, staging, kitting, and on‑site material flow to ensure operations and maintenance teams have the right materials at the right time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, stage, and issue materials, tools, and equipment
• Support material handling, warehousing, and inventory control activities
• Track material movements using inventory systems, spreadsheets, or ERP tools
• Coordinate deliveries to job sites, maintenance teams, or production areas
• Perform kitting, labeling, and material preparation for work packages
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment (as applicable)
• Ensure materials are stored safely and in compliance with site and safety standards
• Support logistics coordination with operations, maintenance, and contractors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all site safety procedures, including PPE and material‑handling guidelines

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED
• 2–5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, material handling, or industrial support roles
• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, refinery, or construction environment preferred
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse or field setting
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, or ERP exposure a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite and support a fast‑paced operations environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
