Product Manager (PV & BESS)

I’m currently leading the recruitment for a Product Manager (PV & BESS) on behalf of a global leader in utility‑scale renewable energy solutions. This is a brand‑new role within the company and a chance to become the technical anchor for large‑scale PV, BESS and hybrid projects, working closely with sales, field service and international product management teams. You will become the technical cornerstone of theutility‑scale business, acting as the go‑to expert for PV inverters, LV/MV substations, and BESS solutions.

You’ll work closely with a growing local team. This role blends technical sales, consulting, and project support, guiding clients from the first conversation all the way through commissioning and operations.

More details:

• Serve as the first point of contact for utility‑scale clients on all technical topics related to PV, BESS, inverters, and LV/MV production substations.
  
  
• Become a product expert on utility portfolio, primarily PV, secondarily BESS, and continuously update both yourself and customers on new releases.
  
  
• Provide technical consultancy to clients and support Sales Managers during the quotation and pre‑sales phase.
  
  
• Understand how PV, BESS, and hybrid PV+BESS plants are designed, engineered, and integrated into the grid to advise clients accurately and confidently.
  
  
• Contribute technical input to offers and respond to all client questions with clear, solution‑oriented guidance.
  
  
• Manage technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
• Support customers during FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) and SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) when required.
  
  
• Stay involved throughout the entire implementation phase, ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales, field services, and service teams.
  
  
• Provide first‑level technical support during the operational phase of the plant.
