Responsibilities & Qualifications of the Production Lead (Night Shift) include, but are not limited to:
  • Prioritize Safety: Maintain a zero‑compromise safety culture; ensure safe work practices, perform safety and environmental audits, conduct JHAs, correct hazards, and support all GP&C safety programs.
  • Meet SQDC Goals: Ensure daily operational performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost; lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Production Leadership: Serve as a working Production Lead with partial administrative duties; manage workflow, monitor bottlenecks, and track daily/weekly production metrics.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot production issues using root-cause analysis; work with Engineering to resolve NCRs.
  • Team Coordination: Provide daily work direction, coordinate break/vacation/overtime coverage, and ensure adequate staffing.
    Training & Compliance: Train technicians and ensure adherence to current Work Instructions; maintain regular layered process audits.
  • Process & Cost Improvements: Contribute to waste reduction, efficiency gains, and 5S/housekeeping initiatives.
  • Materials & Documentation: Ensure availability of raw materials, tooling, supplies, and proper storage of surplus; complete all required production and traceability documentation.
  • Equipment Operation: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot key work‑cell equipment and process monitoring systems; support TPM implementation and sustainment.

  • Work Overtime as needed
  • Mon-Thurs 6pm - 6am Some Fridays
  • 48-60hrs a week
