o    Identify Production Variance
    Do so by utilizing Production Viewer, PI, Cygnet and other tools you see fit ensuring all wells are at or above clean average (target)
•    If wells are not at or above clean average, devise step by step plans and action them in attempt to get well back at or above CA.
•    If assistance is needed in getting a well/pad back to CA reach out to the following in this order
1.    Lead area tech
2.    Optimizer
3.    Production Foreman
o    Ensure metrics are met
    Site inspections
•    Verify no overdue site inspections.
o    Use PBI tool to verify no site inspections are due.
    Plunger inspections
•    Verify no overdue plunger inspections
o    Use PBI tool to verify plunger inspections are not outside of the below KPI’s
    5000 miles or more
    12 months or older
    Verifications/Gaps
•    Target verifications and gaps by using the COW tool along with SIMOPS in operation.
•    Verification to gap target % is a 15% ratio at an individual level annually.
    Coding
•    Verify that all coding is done correctly and is up to date.
o    Normal Ops - No Action codes are true to bucket.
o    Base Backout – No Action coded wells have been verified that all basic troubleshooting steps have been checked off and well truly is underperforming due to line pressure increase.
o    Confirm all wells above clean average are assigned back to Normal Ops – No Action.
o    Follow up with lead area tech on codes that are in the engineering/optimization bucket longer than 7 days.
o    Field Assistance
    Flex over to other areas of the field if your route is completed and metrics are met for the day.
