NES Fircroft are partnering with a leading industrial organisation supporting capital projects.
Benefits
- 12 month rolling contract
- Monday to Friday, full time hours
- $50/hr + super
- Located in Pinjarra
- Experience in project administration, mobilisation, or coordination roles, preferably within capital projects or industrial settings.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping and documentation accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders professionally
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint or similar office systems
- Coordinate onboarding, mobilisation, and demobilisation activities for capital project personnel, contractors, and consultants
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Capital Projects team, including document control, meeting coordination, and travel logistics
- Maintain accurate records related to personnel engagement, contract status, and onboarding progress
- Act as a key point of contact for administrative and onboarding queries, liaising with HR, recruitment agencies, and site services
- Support compliance with safety standards, organisational governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
