Project Administrator

We are working with our Oil and Gas client, recruiting for x2 Project Administrators to join them on an initial 12-month contract with the outlook of extension.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide organizational support to the Project and Operations Management as required
• Guarantee general administration duties and an efficient service to the Project Team
• Assist in tracking and follow up on SAP approvals
• Assist project team in Procurement and cost tracking including update of online procurement tracking platform.
• Assist project team with creation and follow up of Purchase requisition and Work orders in SAP.
• Assist project with invoices process and payment tracking in SAP with creation of Service entries.
• Maintenance of project filing system on Teams
• Follow up on project team action registers.
• Support the preparation of reports and presentations

Qualifications/ Experience:

• 3 years experience within administration
• SAP system knowledge (must).
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the project: internal/external. Team Player.
• Hands-on approach.
• Ensure good internal communication between manager and team members
