- Relevant experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within professional service
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvements and producing high-quality documentation
- Manage complex document preparation, proofreading, editing, and formatting in line with company style guides
- Coordinate senior leadership diaries, meetings, and take minutes
- Handle travel bookings, expense allocation, and timesheet management
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and suppliers to maintain smooth communication
- Support onboarding, training coordination, special projects, and national administrative initiatives
