Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Analyst II to support procurement and project activities within the Tank COE business unit. This role partners closely with Procurement, Project Managers, and vendors to ensure timely, accurate purchasing and project cost management. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and experienced with SAP or similar systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Procurement Business Partners and Project Managers to identify purchasing needs for Tank COE projects.
  • Create requisitions for materials and services.
  • Manage and support change order requests, ensuring appropriate documentation and correct PO updates.
  • Assist Project Leads with purchase order and invoice issues, coordinating with vendors and Accounts Payable to resolve discrepancies.
  • Work with Procurement and Category Management on vendor additions or changes.
  • Track conversion of requisitions to purchase orders and confirm PO receipt with vendors.
  • Ensure project costs, scopes, and documentation meet requirements and align with policies.
  • Review and monitor project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide SAP system support and assist with resolving system errors.
  • Support Project Leads with project closeout activities.
Basic Qualifications
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance via SAP or similar systems
  • Comfortable collaborating remotely via MS Teams/Webex
  • Ability to work onsite in Bartlesville, OK
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate degree or higher
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience using SAP or similar systems
  • Experience in Procurement or purchasing activities
  • Experience supporting multiple, concurrent projects
  • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of pipeline or terminal equipment
