The Project Engineer supports the delivery of construction projects from initiation through completion, working closely with project leadership and field teams to ensure efficient execution, documentation accuracy, and progress tracking. This role provides hands‑on exposure to commercial and industrial construction environments and offers strong growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Support estimating, scheduling, and procurement activities. 
  • Review submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation. 
  • Track budgets, change orders, and overall project progress. 
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Superintendent. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills. 
  • Working knowledge of construction management software and Microsoft Office. 
  • Ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment. 
  • Eagerness to learn and grow into a leadership role.
