Our client is leading renewable energy fund. Due to the acquisition of RtB priojects in Poland we recruit for the position: Project Engineer EPC

Key responsibilities include:

Tender Management: Assisting with the preparation and submission of tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals.

Documentation and Offer Analysis: Preparing comprehensive project documentation, meticulously comparing technical and commercial offers from subcontractors and suppliers, and making recommendations.

Project Coordination: Coordinating internal and external project meetings, documenting minutes, and tracking action items to ensure timely follow-up.

Technical File Review: Critically reviewing and managing essential technical files, such as:
• Installation procedures and Method Statements
• Technical data sheets and specifications
• Engineering drawings and schematics

Contract Negotiations: Translate business needs into technical requirements and contractual scope, supporting negotiations on contracts, pricing models, milestones payments and technical solutions.

Develop accurate Capital Expenditure (CAPEX): Estimates for renewable energy projects by analysing technical designs, equipment specifications, construction requirements, and regulatory compliance. Ensure cost models incorporate site conditions, grid connection, permitting, and contingency planning to support investment decisions and project feasibility.


The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in construction project management and commercial skills, demonstrated by at least 4 years of experience delivering projects on time and within budget, as well as an awareness of market standards. This position requires strong relationship-building skills to establish and maintain connections with all project stakeholders and within a multi-disciplinary organization. Additionally, excellent organizational skills are essential for managing day-to-day tasks effectively. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, hard work, and commitment to executing viable opportunities. An open-minded and collaborative attitude is key to becoming an integral part of the team.

  • Project Management, Expeditor, and Expediting skills
  • Inspection and Logistics Management skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Robust analytical skills and ability to perform under tight deadlines and multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Polish
