The RoleProject Manager role will cover management of complex projects up to $10m with multiple supply chain interfaces external and internal. Projects delivered will contain Medium and Low voltage switchgear solutions and will include other company and 3rd Party Electrification Products including Relays, Automation Systems and solutions, Indoor and outdoor Medium Voltage apparatus and sensors.

Responsibilities 
  • Responsible for achieving the Revenue and Gross Margin budgets on projects with the submission of accurate forecasts.
  • Providing all H&S documents and completed drawings/reports in a timely manner
  • Managing of projects with multiple interfaces and supply chains – internal and external
  • Regularly attend site meetings on site and be based on site for 3-4 days a week during site delivery phase.
  • Manage variations accordingly with defined process and handle any claims from the customer side
  • Gather key delivery KPI’s and monitor for continuous improvement
  • Ensure lessons learnt feedback to the organization
  • Ensure close cooperation with customers and company stakeholders.
  • Achievement against set KPI’s for the project delivery scope
  • Ensure timely responses to business information and support requests
  • Assist with input into contract review process
