Job Title: Project Manager
Work Location: York, SC
** This is a Nuclear Facility!!*
Shift Details
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Day Shift)
• Start/Stop Times: To be determined
• Compensation: $64.00 per diem, including housing (hotel), and full mobilization/demobilization costs covered by the client.
• This is a Short-Term assignment with possibility to be moved to other projects depending on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary onsite liaison for the insulation outage project.
• Attend and actively contribute to daily project meetings.
• Enforce compliance with fatigue management rules for hourly workers.
• Own supplier action items and ensure timely resolution.
• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers during your shift.
• Coordinate with vendors to maintain alignment with project schedules and deadlines.
• Provide written progress and status updates to support schedule adherence.
• Oversee removal and replacement of LV bus duct, including cutting and welding activities.

Requirements
• Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role; nuclear industry experience preferred (open to other industries with relevant skills).
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret detailed project schedules (Primavera experience preferred).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and coordination skills; proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
• Compliance: Must pass background check for nuclear site access (U.S. citizenship preferred for clearance).
• Certifications: PMP certification is a plus but not required.
