Supply Chain Project Manager (On-Site | Montreal, QC) - 1 Year Contract 

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Project Manager to join a dynamic team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a fully on-site position responsible for leading and coordinating complex supply chain initiatives from planning through execution. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain projects, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Analyze supply chain processes and identify opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and assess the impact of proposed initiatives.
  • Manage supplier and vendor relationships to support project objectives.
  • Monitor project performance, risks, and milestones, implementing corrective actions as required.
  • Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices and organizational standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal departments and external partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent), or active enrollment in a recognized certification program.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex projects in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes and project management methodologies.
  • Experience working with project management software and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, energy, or related sectors is considered an asset.
