Project Manager – Engineering & Automation

Are you a dynamic and driven Project Manager ready to lead complex technical projects across global teams? We’re seeking a talented individual to oversee the execution of high-impact engineering and automation projects within the oil and gas sector.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of multi-disciplinary projects—from initiation through delivery. You’ll manage stakeholder relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive financial and operational success. This role demands strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across diverse geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects to successful completion as defined in the project charter
  • Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and relationships
  • Oversee project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
  • Plan and execute project scope, schedule, and quality plans
  • Monitor and control project progress, including change and configuration management
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery
  • Document lessons learned and complete project close-out reports
  • Conduct internal quality gate reviews and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015
About You
  • Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business (Engineering preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in technical environments, ideally within oil and gas
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication across all levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Experience with estimating, planning, and scheduling in engineering contexts
  • Financial acumen with budgeting and variance analysis experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or IFS
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Project Management certification (APM, PMI, or Prince2) preferred or in progress
