Position: Project Quality Engineer  
Location: Monaco
Start Date: ASAP 
Duration: 12 month renewable contract

This position plays a key role in driving quality excellence across the full project life-cycle. You’ll support the Project Quality Manager and work closely with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure full compliance with company, regulatory, and client quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:
✔ Supporting project quality management and execution of the Project Quality Plan
✔ Acting as the client focal point for quality matters when required
✔ Planning and conducting internal & external quality audits
✔ Vendor quality document review and qualification support
✔ Leading quality inductions and awareness sessions
✔ Managing quality notifications, NCRs, investigations, and corrective actions
✔ Reporting on project quality performance and lessons learned

Required Experience & Skills:
🔹10+ years in the Oil & Gas industry, with senior‑level project experience
🔹 Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 9000 / ISO TS 29001 / ISO IEC 80079‑34
🔹 Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (or equivalent)
🔹 Solid expertise in welding, coatings, NDT, preservation, and Ex (explosive atmospheres)
🔹 Proven experience with audits, RCA, FMEA, CAPA, and major quality incidents
🔹 Strong understanding of engineering, fabrication, construction, and assurance processes

Education:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, science, or a related quality discipline, with a focus on quality management or relevant field.
  • Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent standard, demonstrating proficiency in auditing quality management systems.
