Job Responsibilities:
The APAC Project Quality Manager is responsible for all quality management in BESS projects across APAC region in coordination with the department and overseas colleagues based in HQ in France and other sites worldwide.
This role reports to the APAC Regional Manager.

The APAC Project Quality Manager is responsible for all quality management in BESS projects across APAC region in coordination with the department and overseas colleagues based in HQ in France and other sites worldwide.
This role reports to the APAC Regional Manager.
- Manages the quality of the projects
- Guarantees the conformity of the project management and service operation with the company Quality Management System.
- Ensures the customer satisfaction by applying our quality processes. Continuously improves our processes with the return of experience.
- Ensures that customer quality requirements in force are considered.
- Guarantees the documentary configuration of the project deliverables,
- Drafts contractual deliverables (quality plans, control plan, EHS Plans)
- Realises, with the customers, the FAT (reception) products of the projects
- Supports Project management and ensures that the Customer requirements from a quality standpoint are achieved. This includes reading technical documents that contain specific, critical, and sometimes unique inspection points to a Product. This role must communicate those expectations to the shop and interested parties clearly using Engineering Resource and Inspection Test Plan Documents.
- Excellent documentation of these tasks and their results are expected as a deliverable to customer and project managers at the conclusion of a project. ISO 9001 technical tasks are included in this role.
- Identify the customer quality requirements (process and system) of the different projects considered and respond to them by analysing the specifications and participating in clause-to-clause.
- Drive the continuous improvement of the service and the quality system
- Contribute to the improvement of the maturity of the project & service management/development process
- Manage the regional QMS, ensure the system harmony across other regions. Make sure the operational functions all comply to the QMS, including the documentations of reports and capitalization of experiences.
Job Requirements:
- Engineering Degree or equivalent
- 5 years minimum in quality assurance program for construction projects with safety constraints and certification objectives.
- Normative knowledge: ISO9001, Audits, Quality tools (8D, FMECA etc.)
- Computing: Windows applications
- Project management tools
- Strong communication and relational abilities
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, international team
