Overview The Project Scheduler is responsible for supporting scheduling and project controls activities across multiple projects within a program. This role focuses on developing and maintaining integrated schedules, providing analysis and recommendations, and supporting project teams in managing risk, cost, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of integrated project schedules across multiple projects
  • Provide schedule analysis, insights, and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders to support informed decision-making
  • Identify potential schedule risks and work with contractors and project stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies
  • Support the standardization and implementation of processes, practices, and procedures related to scheduling, field change management, and EPC contractor performance monitoring
  • Gather and integrate project controls data from EPC contractors into overall program and summary schedules
  • Maintain and organize project controls documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
  • Assist in reviewing contractor invoices for accuracy and alignment with project progress
  • Support construction monitoring teams with project controls activities, including schedule tracking, cost monitoring, and risk management
  • Assist in tracking project performance and preparing monthly progress reports
  • Analyze project schedule and cost data, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide recommendations for improvement or recovery actions
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience supporting project scheduling and project controls activities
  • Knowledge of integrated project scheduling methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with EPC contract environments and contractor coordination
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret schedule and cost data
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
