We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Scheduler to join a dynamic project team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple projects, supporting project delivery through the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules.
The successful candidate will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure accurate scheduling, resource planning, and project tracking, contributing to the successful delivery of key project outcomes.

- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules across multiple projects.
- Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project planning documentation.
- Monitor project progress, resources, and activities against schedule milestones.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedules reflect project requirements and priorities.
- Track project performance and assist in the preparation of progress reports.
- Identify scheduling risks and support mitigation planning.
- Review project forecasts and resource requirements to support effective project delivery.
- Collaborate with project, operational, and stakeholder teams to achieve project objectives.
- Promote a positive team culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in project scheduling, planning, or project controls environments.
- Strong proficiency with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications and/or practical experience in project delivery environments.
- Knowledge of quality, safety, and compliance requirements applicable to project-based work.
