For our Client, an international producer of solar inverters, ESS and e-mobility chargers producer with well established european operations, we are currently seeking for an experienced Distribution Account Manager to continue growth in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Person in this position will play a crucial role in development of current business cooperations and acquisition of new clients, as main point of contact with instalators, EPCs and developers of PV assets.

Person in this position will play a crucial role in development of current business cooperations and acquisition of new clients, as main point of contact with instalators, EPCs and developers of PV assets.
Scope of responsibilities:
- Account development, account management and new customer lead generation
- Maintaining and establishing close relationships with partners and customers
- Identify new sales prospects and follow up on the leads
- Creation of value propositions based on customer insights and review with Distribution Manager
- Participating as brand ambassador on Industry conferences, fairs and events
- Assist in sales activities of Key Account Managers
- Monitor & Maintain customer relations by analysing, evaluating customer satisfaction and manage problems through to resolution
- Proper monitoring and reporting of activities, including data management
- Higher education (at best electrical/electronical engineering)
- Experience in solar industry (at best inverter producer, but also EPC, development, utility)
- Strong technical knowledge of PV inverters and BOS
- Commercial/sales experience
- Czech or Slovak language
- Fluent English language
- Experience in CRM systems, MS Office
