I’m leading a search for a PV Technical Sales Engineer - a key role in accelerating solar growth across Romania.
You’ll be the technical backbone of the sales cycle, designing PV solutions, advising customers, joining meetings with partners, and delivering product trainings. Your work will shape proposals, support project managers, and keep clients confident in the technology behind their investments.
If you have experience in technical sales or PV system design, understand electrical fundamentals, and enjoy explaining complex topics in a clear way, this role will feel like home. Fluency in Romanian and strong English are essential.
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Service, and HQ teams, while keeping an eye on Romanian PV regulations and market trends. Your impact will be measured through customer support, training delivery, market insights, and product ownership.
