The Quality Assurance Analyst II plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and compliance of operational processes, digital systems, and data workflows. This role supports continuous improvement by executing test plans, analyzing defects, validating system changes, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to uphold high standards of quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts for system enhancements, application updates, and operational processes.

  • Identify, track, and analyze defects; work with technical teams to ensure timely resolution and retesting.

  • Validate business processes, workflows, and data integrity to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Recommend improvements to testing procedures, quality controls, and operational processes.

  • Partner with business analysts, developers, operations teams, and project managers to clarify requirements and ensure quality outcomes.

  • Maintain detailed records of test results, defect logs, and quality metrics.

  • Identify potential risks in system changes or process updates and propose mitigation strategies.

  • Ensure testing and documentation align with industry standards, internal policies, and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications
  • Experience with QA tools, defect‑tracking systems, and test‑management platforms.

  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and diagnose root causes.

  • Ability to clearly articulate findings, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

  • Understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and change‑management processes.

  • Diploma or degree in engineering, computer science, business systems, or a related field.

  • Typically, 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or process improvement roles
