Role Overview
The Quality Assurance Engineer will support the delivery of one of Europe’s largest petrochemical investments. You will work within the Quality team to ensure contractors, vendors, and construction partners meet clients’ quality standards, EU regulatory requirements, and project specifications across civil, mechanical, and process‑related scopes.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil, mechanical, chemical, industrial) or equivalent technical discipline.

  • 1–5 years experience in Quality Assurance within construction, EPC, petrochemical, energy, or industrial projects.

  • Familiarity with ITPs, QCPs, NCRs, FAT/SAT, and basic QA documentation.

  • Understanding of EU/Belgian construction standards, EN/ISO norms, and QA compliance frameworks.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

  • Strong communication skills for interfacing with contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams.

  • Competent with MS Office, SharePoint, and digital QA systems.

Nice‑to‑Have
  • Experience on large‑scale industrial or petrochemical projects.

  • Exposure to EPC contractor environments.

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.

  • Experience with civil works QA (earthworks, foundations, concrete, structural steel).

  • Basic understanding of process plant equipment (pumps, vessels, piping, instrumentation).
