Job Opportunity: Quality Lead (CP1N FEED) – LNG Mega Project | Doha
Location: Doha / 100% Onshore Job
Project: NFPS Compression – Jackets & Topsides Fabrication

Work Schedule:
  • Working Hours: 8–10 hours/day
  • Working Days: 6 days/week (26 days/month)
  • Leave Rotation: 12 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Lead (CP1N FEED) to join a major LNG expansion project. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing quality management activities during FEED and EPC phases, ensuring flawless execution of fabrication work across global contractors and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the project’s Quality Management Program and ensure EPC Contractor compliance.
  • Lead, supervise, and resolve all fabrication-related quality issues during jackets & topsides construction.
  • Interface with Fabrication Yard teams and inspectors to ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.
  • Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), technical deviations, and lessons-learned processes.
  • Participate in safety programs, site walkthroughs, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Coordinate closely with the Head of Quality and senior management on all quality matters.
  • Provide insights, corrective action recommendations, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sciences.
  • Additional qualifications in Quality, Welding, or NDE Inspection preferred.
Experience & Skills
  • 8+ years of Quality experience in the Oil & Gas sector, including supervisory exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of Quality Systems, Industry Standards, and EPC processes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to influence contractor teams and drive quality excellence in a multicultural environment.
