Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead to oversee the implementation and monitoring of Quality Management Systems, construction quality surveillance programs, and QA/QC activities. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and quality requirements while providing leadership and direction to site quality inspection teams.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Monitor and oversee contractor construction quality surveillance activities and support project quality assurance programs.
✅ Conduct construction quality verification inspections in accordance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
✅ Review and provide comments on Project Quality Plans, ITPs, procedures, and related quality documentation.
✅ Ensure effective implementation of quality systems, processes, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
✅ Conduct quality assessments and audits to evaluate compliance with quality management systems and project specifications.
✅ Lead and coordinate site QA/QC inspection teams to ensure quality objectives are achieved.
✅ Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
✅ Prepare and present quality performance reports, KPI metrics, and inspection summaries.
✅ Maintain strong stakeholder engagement with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and project management teams.
✅ Promote a culture of quality, integrity, and compliance throughout all project phases.
Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
✔ Additional certifications in Quality Management, Welding Inspection, NDE, or related QA/QC disciplines are preferred.
Experience
✔ Minimum 8 years of QA/QC experience within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, or EPC industry.
✔ Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience managing quality personnel or service providers.
✔ Experience working with Owners, EPC Contractors, Contractors, or Service Companies.
✔ Strong knowledge of international industry codes, standards, and quality management practices.
Skills & Competencies
✔ Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
✔ Strong leadership, presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
✔ Ability to interact confidently with project management teams and contractors.
✔ Advanced analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
✔ Strong computer literacy and reporting capabilities.
✔ Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and problem-solving abilities
