Quality Specialist
Location: Odessa, TX
Contract: 6-Month Contract
Shift: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM • 11 Days On / 3 Days Off
Rate: $20 per hour
About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Specialist to perform inspection and quality verification activities within a high‑volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, experience evaluating parts/equipment against documented specifications, and the ability to work independently on a rotating night shift schedule.

About the Role

The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, experience evaluating parts/equipment against documented specifications, and the ability to work independently on a rotating night shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform moderately complex inspections on manufactured equipment and components to confirm compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify defects, document non‑conformances, and help prevent recurring quality issues through proactive feedback and reporting.
- Complete all required inspection reports, documentation, and testing records with high accuracy.
- Meet nightly inspection goals by following established procedures and workflow priorities.
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment or part issues and communicate findings to supervisors or production teams.
- Adhere to all workplace safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment and proactive identification of unsafe conditions.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in quality, manufacturing, inspection, or similar environments.
- Comfortable completing detailed inspection documentation and using basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently on a rotating night shift.
