Receptionist (Arabic Speaker)

Role Overview
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external stakeholders. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression while ensuring smooth front‑desk operations and providing essential administrative support across the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist visitors with a professional, courteous, and friendly approach
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Monitor and manage the front desk email inbox, responding to general inquiries promptly
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs, issue access badges, and adhere to security protocols
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
  • Schedule and manage conference rooms; support meeting setup when required
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, document preparation, and managing office supplies
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to HR, Facilities, and other departments as needed
  • Assist with ad‑hoc tasks and special projects assigned by management
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and a strong customer‑service mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work calmly in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
