Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to support daily front‑desk operations and general office activities. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, detail‑oriented, and comfortable handling routine administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet visitors, ensure they sign in, and direct them to the Office Manager.
• Manage incoming mail: open, date‑stamp, sort, and deliver to the Office Manager.
• Operate mail-processing equipment for outgoing mail.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
• Enter basic information into spreadsheets and assist with light data entry tasks.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized and manage routine tasks efficiently.
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or similar).
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
