We are seeking a skilled and driven Talent Sourcing Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team in Houston, TX. This role serves as a strategic partner within the TA function, focused on proactively identifying, engaging, and cultivating top talent to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning. The Advisor utilizes advanced sourcing tools, market intelligence, and AI-driven platforms to build high‑quality talent pipelines and deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience. Close collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders is essential to ensure sourcing strategies align with organizational goals and evolving market demands.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using diverse channels, including social platforms, professional networks, AI tools, and established talent communities.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles, supporting both current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct market research and supply/demand analyses to guide sourcing priorities and approach.
- Use AI solutions and automation to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate matching, and pipeline effectiveness.
- Track, evaluate, and report on key sourcing metrics to enhance overall performance.
- Manage and organize candidate information through ATS, CRM systems, and other sourcing technologies.
- Create personalized outreach strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial contact through handoff and onboarding stages.
- Represent and reinforce the employer brand while communicating core organizational values.
- Manage the employee referral workflow, including intake, interview coordination, tracking, and delivery of qualified referrals to recruiters.
- Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to determine ideal candidate profiles and sourcing priorities.
- Provide insights on talent availability, market conditions, and candidate feedback to support informed hiring decisions.
- Drive DEI initiatives by implementing inclusive and targeted sourcing practices.
- Stay informed on sourcing trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes affecting sourcing and recruitment practices.
- Participate in strategy discussions to refine sourcing methodologies using workforce analytics and cross‑functional feedback.
- Support process optimization and contribute to knowledge sharing across the Talent Acquisition organization.
- Expertise in advanced research techniques and Boolean search.
- Strong business acumen with a proactive, collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and influencing skills.
- Analytical thinker comfortable with data‑driven decision‑making.
- Creative and adaptable approach to sourcing strategies.
- Experience with AI sourcing tools, ATS/CRM systems, and major social media platforms.
- Commitment to ethical sourcing, candidate confidentiality, and DEI standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Relevant sourcing or recruiting certifications (e.g., AIRS, SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter) are advantageous.
- Experience supporting global or multi‑site sourcing environments is helpful.
