Role Overview

A senior regional role accountable for sales performance across France. Act as the key link between the regional team and agent/dealer network, driving results across KPIs including sales, stock, customer satisfaction, and retention.

Responsible for developing and executing regional sales and marketing strategis, managing partner networks, and supporting partner onboarding and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver regional sales and distribution strategy aligned to global direction
  • Drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage and develop dealer/agent network performance
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and fleet customers
  • Lead fleet sales activity within the region
  • Analyse market trends, partner performance, and growth opportunities
  • Support partner selection, onboarding, and governance
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and manage business development pipeline
  • Collaborate with marketing on regional campaigns
  • Represent the business in external engagements
 

Context

  • External: Retail network performance, third-party partners, fleet customers
  • Internal: Collaboration with sales, operations, and commercial teams
  • Scope: High-volume regional performance responsibility; no direct reports

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
  • Effective communicator and negotiator with a proactive mindset
