  • Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical OR Instrumentation).
  • Advanced reliability engineering education from reputable institution.
  • At least 8-10 years’ experience, in Oil & Gas/Petrochemicals Industries of which at least four years in maintenance, condition monitoring and inspection.
  • Good exposure to various PdM tools and software used in Oil and Gas Industries for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipments.
  • Hands on experience in facilitating RCFA workshop and logically breaking down various failure modes.
  • Strong analytical skill.
  • Knowledge of Reliability and Asset Management Philosophy and hands on experience on calculation of various AMP and Reliability KPIs is key requirement for the position.
  • Good analytical skills and experience in use of statistical software and techniques for Reliability and Asset management.
  • Understanding of Reliability Growth, Weibull Analysis, Production modeling.
  • Knowledge of SIX SIGMA methodology and experience of handling at least one project as a team member.
  • A green belt or black belt would be an advantage.
  • The candidate must have experience in PM and MM module of SAP in data analysis and generating various reports from the data base.
  • Experience in Reliability and RCM modules of Meridium software would be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skill to work in a team environment with Maintenance, Operation, Corporate Planning and other stakeholders
