About the Project As part of the fast-track development of te project, the GPI (Global Project Integration) organization leads multidisciplinary development studies on behalf of the Affiliate (TEPA), fully aligned with HQ governance and methodologies.
This ambitious offshore project will reach First Oil within 5 years, featuring:
Your Role Reporting directly to the FPSO Project Control Leader, the FPSO Reporting Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving execution performance visibility across all phases of the FPSO package—Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.
You will design, develop, and continuously enhance a dedicated Power BI reporting platform, transforming complex contractor and project data into clear, actionable insights for engineers and management.

- Subsea production wells
- A spread-moored FPSO with:
- 75 kbopd oil production
- 60 kbopd water injection
- 400 MMscfd gas reinjection
- Oil tandem offloading
Your Role Reporting directly to the FPSO Project Control Leader, the FPSO Reporting Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving execution performance visibility across all phases of the FPSO package—Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning.
You will design, develop, and continuously enhance a dedicated Power BI reporting platform, transforming complex contractor and project data into clear, actionable insights for engineers and management.
Key Responsibilities Power BI & Data Solutions
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a Power BI dashboard ecosystem dedicated to FPSO package execution follow-up.
- Leverage Power Platform and Power Automate to enhance functionality and automate reporting workflows.
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, intuitive, and free from duplicated or inconsistent information.
- Interface with key stakeholders across Hull and Topside teams to identify KPI needs and reporting expectations.
- Act as a proactive contributor, proposing innovative KPIs, trends, and forecasting tools (e.g., productivity tracking).
- Maintain all KPIs with the latest contractor data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Develop productivity tracking tools adapted to construction and commissioning phases.
- Create synthetic, high-level dashboards for management reviews (weekly/monthly).
- Translate detailed operational data into clear decision-support indicators for leadership.
- Promote new Power BI features across the FPSO package team through regular communication.
- Ensure consistency and homogeneity between Hull and Topside dashboards (visuals, navigation, logic).
- Build trusted relationships with technical engineers to fully understand operational needs and constraints.
- Provide reporting and dashboard support to the wider project team or other packages when required.
- Develop and maintain a user guide detailing available KPIs, dashboard structure, and usage.
- Manage a user request register, tracking enhancements and development status.
- Collect and structure data from multiple teams, proposing efficient processing and visualization methods.
- Conduct regular deliverable reviews with the FPSO Project Control Leader.
- Demonstrate exemplary HSE behavior at all times.
- Strictly comply with Company HSE rules and standards.
