Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Research & Data Analyst– SMP with Saudi Aramco
Job Requirements:
The Research Data Analyst supports the department in applying data-driven strategies to enhance the Center’s operational effectiveness. This role requires a solid background in data analysis, with a focus on the cultural sector. The incumbent will conduct market and sector research, develop analytical models, and generate insights that inform strategic decision-making. The position emphasizes the use of data and research to evaluate the supply and demand for cultural offerings—such as theater, cinema, library services, and other cultural programs—identify competitive landscapes and assess the social and cultural impact of the Center’s initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Familiarity with performance measurement tools and key performance indicator (KPI) development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or similar platforms).
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Centre’s operational plans and strategic initiatives using data-driven methodologies.
Conduct in-depth market and sector research through data analysis tools and techniques to assess trends, demand, and supply of cultural offerings, including theatre, cinema, library services, and other cultural programs.
Apply data modelling and competitive analysis frameworks to identify and evaluate key competitors and industry benchmarks, supporting strategic positioning and program development.
Develop and refine performance indicators to measure program effectiveness, impact, and key performance metrics.
Generate actionable insights and prepare comprehensive analytical reports using visualization tools to support evidence-based decision-making across the department.
Assist in evaluating the social and cultural impact of the Centre’s programs and initiatives by analysing quantitative and qualitative data sets.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to extract, process, and interpret data, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and digital transformation strategies.
Design and maintain interactive dashboards, presentations, and data summaries for management review and strategic discussion.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in data management, information technology, business administration, research, economics, social sciences, or a related field.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in research, data analysis, and strategic planning, preferably in a cultural sector environment.
Work Schedule:
Full Time – 40h schedule per week
