Riser Engineer

The required profile is an engineering office professional with the following capabilities and skills:

1. Define the architecture of riser systems.
2. Perform and verify global dynamic analyses under various constraints and environmental conditions.
3. Prepare design bases, technical equipment specifications, and installation procedures, and participate in the technical evaluation of supplier bids.
4. Interface with suppliers and the procurement department to assess proposals and support supplier selection through technical bid evaluation.
5. Ensure that the design complies with industry-recognized codes, standards, and design guidelines (e.g., API, DNV, ISO), as well as client specifications, scope of work, and internal standards.
6. Maintain continuous oversight of the overall project schedule, ensure progress, and monitor supplier compliance in close coordination with the Post Order function.
7. Actively monitor manufacturing and testing, including ad hoc assignments at the supplier’s facilities.
8. Liaise with related subsea disciplines and understand interfaces within a project.
