Für den Standort im Raum Heilbronn suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Sachbearbeiter:in Travelservice (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung im Bereich Assistenz und Travelservice.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei prozesstechnischen Abwicklungen, z. B. Visa- oder ESTA-Anträge für interne Mitarbeitende
- Organisation und Buchung von Hotel- und Transportleistungen
- Bearbeitung wiederkehrender administrativer Aufgaben in einem dynamischen, projektbasierten Umfeld
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen internen Teams, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in Assistenz- oder Travelservice-Aufgaben von Vorteil
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
