NES Fircroft is partnering with a global High Voltage OEM in Perth, as they search for a Sales Engineer to drive their pipeline in WA. This is a well-established and respected OEM, who’s equipment is helping drive projects across the globe.
The Role: Sales Engineer
Location: Perth, WA
Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 + Super + 15% Bonus + Car Allowance
Role / Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work within several industry segments, including renewable energy operators, utilities and transport. You’ll have the backing of a respected brand name, who’s equipment is reliable, well-engineered and solving real life problems – it sells itself.
This isn’t a role where you need to be into the “detailed engineering” – if you enjoy hunting sales opportunities, building relationships and solving customer headaches, this is the role for you. Some exposure to the electrical engineering / HV is relevant, but only to understand the product lifecycle and pick up some of the specific domain knowledge required.

Key Skills:
- 2 + years industry experience in a sales role, likely within the energy industry – T&D, electrification, Utility etc.
- Proven sales experience - delivering on budget and creating solid sales pipelines through client interaction, follow ups and drive to achieve targets.
- Confidently able to put together sales strategies, work collaboratively and manage multiple initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
