Sales Manager

Tasks:
  • Identify and contact clients, build a strong sales pipeline, and manage business trips to strengthen relationships
  • Prepare tenders, create offers, and perform detailed calculations for renewable energy projects
  • Negotiate and close EPC contracts for utility-scale PV plants and BESS projects
  • Foster strong customer relationships through proactive support of key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term loyalty
  • Deliver excellent after-sales service and collaborate with marketing to enhance our market presence
Profile:
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or sales
  • At least three years of professional experience in the PV or BESS sector
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and PVSyst
  • A proactive and structured work approach with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and emotional intelligence skills
  • Fluency in English and Polish
