Position: Aftermarket Sales Engineer (Pump / Rotating Equipment)
Location: South Korea
We are currently hiring an experienced Aftermarket Sales Engineer to join a global industrial equipment organization.
This role focuses on driving revenue growth through spare parts and retrofit solutions by leveraging the existing installed base of pumps and rotating equipment.
Rather than new equipment sales, this position plays a critical role in identifying maintenance, upgrade, and optimization opportunities across key customer accounts.
You will work closely with regional and global teams while building strong relationships with clients in industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Power.
Key Responsibilities • Manage and develop existing customer accounts with installed pump base
• Identify and convert opportunities for spare parts, maintenance, and retrofit solutions
• Drive order intake by actively following up on quotations and leads
• Analyze customer maintenance plans and equipment lifecycle needs
• Promote performance improvement and upgrade solutions
• Collaborate with internal engineering and tendering teams
• Maintain strong relationships and provide market/competitor insights
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in pump or rotating equipment industry
• Experience in aftermarket / service / technical sales
• Strong customer-facing and solution selling skills
• Fluent or business-level English and Korean communication
Preferred Qualifications • Experience in retrofit or service projects
• Background in Turbo Services or Electromechanical systems
• Experience working in a global or matrix organization
