Role Summary/Purpose

The Sales Operations Manager will report to the Contractual Services Sales & Commercial Director in running the commercial/sales operations daily/weekly management operating routine, support Business Line operation and process needs and organise/drive commercial activity/processes with sales team in the effective manner.

The Sales Operations Manager shall be the interface with Asia Sale operations teams and drive the necessary rhythms and cadence between cross functions to meet business financial and key performance indicator ‘KPI’ objectives.  The role requires to coordination across with multiple functions, maintain solid partnership with functional experts within the Asia Sales operations team, in driving growth and meeting sales target.

Key Responsibilities         
  • Partner with ITO Director, Sales, Commercial, Commercial Finance team to establish and run an effective and efficient daily management rhythms and other operating rhythms that aligns, meet’s and gives direction for business long and short-term priorities 
  • Drive daily/weekly management rigor for the MYA (Multiple-Years-Agreement) commercial team
  • Develop close ties within the Asia Sales operations team, Global Business Line team and leverage the support across the different teams to support MYA growth in Asia.
  • Work and coordinate with teams to maintain live streaming of data across systems including NEX. Zero defect maintenance across data.
  • Align data preps for daily/weekly management, monthly operating reviews (MORs) and other deal reviews.
  • Lead preparation and coordination for Monthly Operating Reviews in collaboration with the Business Line and Asia Pole teams
  • Coordinate and support CS Asia BL operating rhythms such staff and team meeting, all-hands discussions, functional touchpoint reviews.
  • Support overall MYA growth strategy and pipeline development activities including data analytics, tools development, work with IT/NEX team to simplify/automate reports to reduce or eliminate manual processes
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline from an accredited university or college. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial or operations experience
