In this position, you will be responsible for expanding service-related business and driving revenue growth across assigned accounts. The role emphasizes identifying opportunities within existing customer installations and delivering tailored service solutions that enhance operational performance and long-term value.

You will play a key role in strengthening customer partnerships by responding proactively to their needs and offering timely, effective service solutions.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Account Development & Installed Base Expansion

  • Analyze existing customer assets and identify opportunities to introduce enhancements, modernization solutions, and service offerings
  • Promote lifecycle services that improve performance and reliability while creating value for both the customer and the organization
🔹 Sales Planning & Commercial Execution

  • Align with internal channel strategies and pricing structures
  • Develop forward-looking sales plans and continuously monitor progress
  • Implement corrective measures when targets are at risk
🔹 Business Growth & Opportunity Creation

  • Identify and qualify new business leads by leveraging market insights and industry trends
  • Explore unmet customer needs and propose new or expanded service solutions
  • Contribute ideas for evolving the service portfolio
🔹 Market Engagement & Brand Representation

  • Actively support marketing initiatives such as exhibitions, industry events, and customer-facing activities
  • Represent the company’s service capabilities and solutions in both formal and informal client interactions
 

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development within:
  • Power distribution sector, or
  • Industrial automation environments
  • Demonstrated success in:
  • Service-led sales or aftermarket business models
  • Managing maintenance agreements or long-term service contracts
  • Supporting customers post-installation with ongoing solutions
 

Education

  • Degree in a technical discipline such as:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Automation or similar
  • Candidates with a business background combined with relevant technical sales experience are also welcome
