Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team in Jackson, MS. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and supporting project teams in a fast-paced construction environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Primavera P6 and a solid background in construction scheduling.

- Create, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure accurate scheduling and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
- Prepare and present schedule reports to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of schedule changes and updates.
- 1–5 years of experience in scheduling, preferably in construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work on-site 4–5 days per week in Jackson, MS.
- Experience with large-scale or complex construction projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
