Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Scheduling Engineer– SMP with Saudi Aramco
 
Job Requirements:
  • In-depth understanding of scheduling concepts, including critical path method (CPM), program evaluation and review technique (PERT), resource leveling and schedule optimization methods, as well as schedule quality requirements
  • Expertise in using scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project
  • Fully Familiar of Planning and Scheduling requirements for the Oil and Gas Capital Project FEL/FEED, Detailed Design, Materials Procurement , Construction, Pre-commissioning
  • In-depth understanding of the engineering deliverables per each discipline and theirs interdependencies
  • Fully familiar with various construction crew productivities to estimate activities duration
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify potential issues, and develop effective solutions / mitigations plans
  • Ability to optimize FEL/FEED and EPC schedules, not scarifying Safety and Quality
  • Ability to assess schedule impact resulted from Scope Change
  • Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of EVM principles and their application in project scheduling as well as ability to set KPIs including associated Targets
  • Power BI intermediate or advanced level
  • Not maintenance planner
Educational Background:
Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil / Structural or Mechanical Engineer)
 
Preferred certificate:       
PMP, PMP-SP from PMI, Certified Construction Delay Analyst (CCDA)

Experience Required:

10 years proven experience in planning and scheduling, coordination of projects within the oil & gas sector including Saudi Aramco experience.

Work Schedule:

Full Time – 40h schedule per week
