Senior Executive Assistant

You will operate as a trusted partner to executives, enabling effective decision-making, optimizing time,
and ensuring seamless coordination across a broad stakeholder network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage complex, forward-looking executive calendars, aligning priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Act as gatekeeper for communications, triaging inbox activity and ensuring timely, high-quality responses
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, preparing agendas, materials, and tracking actions to completion
  • Plan and manage domestic and international travel, optimizing for efficiency and cost
  • Support leadership team operations, ensuring visibility and follow-through on key initiatives
  • Handle highly confidential business information with absolute discretion
  • Oversee expense management and administrative reporting with accuracy
  • Organize senior-level engagements, events, and stakeholder interactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across global teams and functions
Requirements
  • Extensive experience supporting senior executives in corporate, energy, or similarly complex environments
  • Proven ability to operate effectively under pressure with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and stakeholder management at senior level
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Advanced MS Office skills and general digital fluency
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working across international teams, time zones, and cultures
  • Self-sufficient, resilient, and able to anticipate executive needs
