Location: Stavanger
Main Tasks:
- As Senior Instrument Engineer, you will support and plan activities in order to provide safe, in-control and efficient management of field equipment and systems.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to the HSSE, integrity and automation standards when carrying out the responsibilities, delivering safe, efficient and reliable operations within the framework of the management system.
- Support client's common strategies to ensure continuous improvement, standardization and efficient across all offshore assets.
- Responsible for planning and execution of modifications.
- Technical support resolving direct and short-term actions.
- Ensure technical integrity criterias are met and maintained for related performance standards.
- Ensure close cooperation with critical suppliers and contractors.
Qualifications:
- Master of Science or similar in Automation, preferably with specialization in Control systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience with design and operation of offshore facilities and systems, preferably within the oil & gas industry.
- Experience and understanding related to all relevant discipline standards and guidelines
- Systematic, structured and reliable in the performance of daily tasks.
- Dedication and a personal drive for continuous improvement
- Good communications skills in both Norwegian and English
