Senior Commercial Planner

NES is assisting our oil and gas client to hire a Senior Commercial Planner to lead Hydrocarbon export chain planning activities for an oil and gas company. You will be responsible for coordinating production, storage, shipping and sales planning to ensure contractual obligations are met. 

• Develop and maintain long-term production an export volume forecasts to support annual business planning and budgeting activities. 
• Support commercial negotiations with customers through the preparation of delivery  schedules, analyses, correspondence and planning documentation. 
• Manage and maitain LNG delivery schedules in accordance with contractual obligations and customer requirements.
• Provide commercial planning input into sales agreements, implementation procedures, confirmation notices, and commercial documentation. 
• Prepare reports, forecasts and analyses to support management decision making. 

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or Economics
• 8 years oil and gas operational or business development experience in a major facility comprising at least 3 years in supply chain / logistics functions
• Experience of logistics of marine transportation of hydrocarbon products
• Good awareness of commercial and contractual aspects of the oil and gas industry
