JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Senior Commissioning Manager to responsible for executing the project delivery of service and working closely with our clients, in ensuring the expectations, works, procedures and deadlines are met.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain the role of a Lead Commissioning Engineer, representing Commtech Asia for major projects.
• Handles the provision of monthly and close out project reports to Contracts Manager.
• Technically responsible for delivery of service in accordance with Commtech Asia / Client expectations.
• Manage compilation of technical reports and submission of status report, including progress update.
• Commissioning appraisal of design / shop drawing, specification and documents.
• Undertake progressive site inspections to identify commissioning related concerns.
• Witness and review contractor's testing and commissioning results and confirm compliance.
• Ensure works are carried out aligned with the Company procedures / industry codes.
• Oversee and review the works and deliverables produced by sub-ordinates.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• At least 8 years' relevant working experience in MEP systems, building services coordination and/or testing & commissioning process with multi-national corporate exposure which 3 years should be at managerial level.
• Degree or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related discipline in engineering.
• Good understanding of the testing & commissioning process, site installation and project management of MEP and building services field.
• Hands-on knowledge of PC applications such as MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Reliable and proactive working attitude.
• Self-motivated with good initiatives as a team leader.
• Good communication / interpersonal and negotiation skills to handle all stakeholders.
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered as a Commissioning Manager.
• Immediately available is highly preferable.
