🔹 Work Schedule & Setup
We are seeking an experienced Senior Condition Monitoring Engineer to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of rotating equipment across multiple assets.
The role involves advanced condition monitoring, failure analysis, and troubleshooting, providing actionable recommendations to prevent equipment failures and improve reliability.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Technical Expertise & Analysis
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mandatory)
🔹 Experience & Knowledge
✅ Minimum 6+ years of experience in Oil & Gas
✅ Strong expertise in:
✔ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
✔ Excellent communication (written & verbal in English)
✔ Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
✔ Proficient in relevant software tools and systems
✔ Strong reporting and presentation skills

Senior Condition Monitoring Engineer
Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar (Onshore)

Contract Duration: 2 Years (Extendable)
🔹 Work Schedule & Setup
- Onshore Role
- 8–10 hours/day (Sunday to Thursday)
- Rotation: 12 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF (Single Status)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Condition Monitoring Engineer to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of rotating equipment across multiple assets.
The role involves advanced condition monitoring, failure analysis, and troubleshooting, providing actionable recommendations to prevent equipment failures and improve reliability.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Technical Expertise & Analysis
- Perform advanced condition monitoring analysis for rotating equipment
- Identify failure modes and develop mitigation strategies
- Conduct in-depth investigations into complex machinery issues
- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
- Provide expert troubleshooting for:
- 3500 systems, System1, ADRE 408, AMS Suite
- Perform field tasks including:
- Rotor trim balancing
- Instrument installation
- Hardware upgrades
- Collaborate with:
- Controls, Instrumentation & Electrical teams
- Prepare technical and non-technical reports
- Communicate findings across all organizational levels
- Support analysts, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in large-scale condition monitoring projects
- Liaise with vendors and ensure compliance with standards
- Mentor junior engineers and graduates
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing
- Ensure KPIs are met
- Identify deviations and report to management

- Rotating equipment monitoring & diagnostics
- Failure analysis and reliability engineering
- Bently Nevada 3500 systems
- System1, ADRE 408
- AMS condition monitoring tools
✔ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
✔ Excellent communication (written & verbal in English)
✔ Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
✔ Proficient in relevant software tools and systems
✔ Strong reporting and presentation skills
