Senior Contracts Engineer
Role Overview:
The Senior Contracts Engineer is responsible for both pre-award and post-award contract administration for engineering and project-related contracts. The role supports major FEED and EPC projects, ensuring contracts are delivered in line with company policies, technical requirements, and best practices. Key Responsibilities

Role Overview:
The Senior Contracts Engineer is responsible for both pre-award and post-award contract administration for engineering and project-related contracts. The role supports major FEED and EPC projects, ensuring contracts are delivered in line with company policies, technical requirements, and best practices. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full contract lifecycle: tendering, evaluation, award, change orders, claims, and contract close-out.
- Support project teams in developing contracting strategies for FEED and EPC projects.
- Review scopes of work (SOW) and contractor deliverables to ensure technical and contractual compliance.
- Prepare responses to variations, claims, and contractual communications.
- Provide guidance to internal departments on contract risks, governance, and best practices.
- Handle post-award dispute resolution and negotiation in line with company procedures.
- Administer Contract Work Orders (CWO) end-to-end, including tendering, evaluations, and execution support.
- Prepare contract performance reports and support audits and spend analysis.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Supply, Legal, Treasury, vendors, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of contracts management experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
- Strong experience with technical contract reviews and finalization.
- Good understanding of contract laws, commercial practices, and EPC/FEED contracting.
- Proficient in English, MS Office, and SAP modules.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts with minimal supervision.
- Good problem-solving, planning, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of company and industry standards, governance, and compliance.
