Key Responsibilities
AI & Use Case Development
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact use cases for:
- Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, copilots, automation)
- Machine learning and predictive analytics
- Translate business needs into practical AI and data solutions
- Rapidly prototype and scale solutions into production
- Build end-to-end data and AI systems using:
- Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or similar)
- GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, RAG pipelines, Promptflow or equivalents)
- Cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable)
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI or equivalent)
- Integrate AI solutions into business workflows
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and models
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance
- Apply best practices in AI governance and responsible AI
- Act as a technical lead for data and AI initiatives
- Mentor team members and contribute to capability development
- Support hiring, vendor selection, and ecosystem setup as the office grows
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI
- Proven experience delivering production-grade AI/ML solutions
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Python, SQL, and ML libraries
- Generative AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
- Strong ability to work across both technical and business teams
- Experience in enterprise or consulting environments is a plus
