Advise and support electrical engineering expertise during EPC and startup phases until handover to permanent asset. Ensure project deliverables meet operational expectations in terms of safety, operability, reliability, and maintainability throughout the facility design life cycle.

Job Purpose:
Advise and support electrical engineering expertise during EPC and startup phases until handover to permanent asset. Ensure project deliverables meet operational expectations in terms of safety, operability, reliability, and maintainability throughout the facility design life cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in an oil and gas environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Computer literacy with professional office and technical applications.
- Senior Electrical Engineer-level competence as per Electrical Engineering Technical Competencies.
- Provide electrical engineering support for design reviews, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and warranty claim resolutions.
- Develop and implement surveillance programs for critical electrical systems ensuring reliability and cyber security.
- Define and implement integrity programs for electrical equipment.
- Offer technical input to other disciplines to support business objectives.
- Supervise contractors, consultants, and service providers.
- Mentor junior engineers on integrity and reliability systems.
- Facilitate smooth completion of project tie-ins and prepare handover packages.
- Maintain Issue Register and resolve critical issues impacting reliability and security.
- Support high-risk commissioning activities for large-scale projects.
- Ability to make decisions under high-pressure conditions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX considerations for project life cycle.
